Teen Counselling and Psychotherapy

A space where young people can talk openly, without judgement.

When you've lost the connection

Teenagers are under enormous pressure — in school, online, at home, and with their peers. Sometimes that pressure builds quietly until it starts showing up in their mood, their behaviour, or their relationships. Sometimes they don't even know themselves why they feel the way they do.

Teen counselling offers a confidential, non-judgmental space where young people can talk — or not talk — at their own pace. There is no agenda, no pressure, and nothing shared with parents without the young person's agreement.
